Service was excellent from point of sale to installation and the price was reasonable.  The staff are very friendly and always happy to answer any questions.  The installation process went very smoothly. The installer arrived on schedule and at the end of the installation helped set up the phone app and explained the operation of system.

After sales service was excellent. I had issues with the phone app and it was arranged to be fixed by Kunal very quickly.

What a smooth operation!
Let's start with the sales person, Shivam, who was informatitive, took the time to explain all options, made adjustments to the quote when I requested, was available to answermy  questions.
The price was fair and inline with market rates.
Next came the scheduling, I needed more time to get some spare tiles (was advised I need 15-20 spares), and it wasn't a problem to shift the date back a few weeks. Two days before the install, I could see forecasted rain and I suggested a date change which they accommodated.
On the installation day, the team of three led by Ghazi turned up on time, listened to my request for location of the inverter and the breaker inside the switchboard, and gave constructive and quality advice about panel placement, ensuring I was able to maximise the number of panels installed for the available space.
The installation complete, having used 10 of the spare tiles to ensure the roof doesn't leak, the team then made sure the roof and ground area was tidy, then worked with me to setup the system, including registering the product and configuring the app with me.
